I installed my jvc stereo but had no radio so took it back out ect then turned ignition on and now i have no revomiter/speedo/mfd iv'e checked fuses and none are blown so im at a dead end with it so if somone can help it iwould be very appreciated

sounds like wiring to me have a look at the att for the peminant live for headunit something has gone very wrong .

:frown: thanxs for reply but for some reason my head unit dicided to blow with lots of smoke.... mmmmmm
cant understand how it happend..
so now need a new one so thinking of getting the
JVC:KD-LHX552-CD/MP3/WMA PLAYER
but people say dont go for another jvc. but if i dont go for that one i cant think of another that has a seperate control for sub and with so many fetures

sony tend to work really well with the vectra worth a look and if you get an auto-link you keep the steering and mid functions .

my sony has a seprate control for the sub but i couldn't tell you the model name sorry carnt be much more help

i done this to my v6 with an old sony headunit
check the fuses i know you said you have but check them again! remove the radio one you will also loose the TID and something else from memory its the interior door lights
then see if your rev counter works if its still not working then remove the battery for 1 hour to reset the ecu
i done it to my v6 and by doing this i managed to fix it its weird how it kills the rev counter though even though they are on seperate 12v ccts
