if it is to if yours is a facelift or not vauxhall facelifted the vectra on a t reg for 1999 model year,you can get a prefacelift and facelift vectras on a t reg,the easiest way to tell is if you have a black top to the bumper and black mouldings(prefacelift) or fully painted bumpers and painted mouldings(facelift).also prefacelift had the mileometer below the speedo level with the warning lights where facelift models had the mileometer in the speedo face above the warning lights

i second that,well any vectra b,be it an ls,cd,sri,gsi,etc etc etc on a t reg could be either as this was definatly the year the face lift came in
