fronts fogs

anyone any idea my front fog lights not working never did from i got the car found out there wasnt a fuse 4 it so i put a fuse in and soon has i turned them on the fuse blow .would a bad relay do this?

Had this myself mate it will be the sleeve on the live lead of the bulb unit touching earth inside the foglight . Could be the left or right one so check both . The bulb is a 55watt halogen and a protective plastic sleeve is on the live wire (white or blue) depending on which make it is ie (dealer or ring or osram etc )
The sleeve sometimes moves back and the live wire can touch the negative body shell of the foglight causing it to blow the fuse as soon as you put the fogs on .Tends not to blow the bulb though but i would replace both bulbs just in case as one fuse covers both fog lights at the front .

i've got this problem but i checked the fuse not there so i will have a go at the bulbs which both don't work but the dash lights up?
